Directed by Lynette Linton, two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Nottage's Clyde's will begin performances October 13 prior to an official opening October 19 at the London venue. Set in a Pennsylvania truck stop run by a formerly incarcerated staff, the Tony-nominated work will continue through December 2.
The cast will feature Ronkẹ Adékọluẹ́jọ́ as Letitia, Patrick Gibson as Jason, Gbemisola Ikumelo as Clyde, Sebastian Orozco as Rafael, and Giles Terera as Montrellous.
The production will also have designs by Frankie Bradshaw, lighting design by Oliver Fenwick, sound design by George Dennis, movement direction by Kane Husbands, music by composer Duramaney Kamara, wigs, hair, and makeup design by Cynthia De La Rosa, voice and dialect coaching by Hazel Holder, and casting by Anna Cooper.
Nottage and Linton reunite after the Donmar's acclaimed production of Sweat, which subsequently transferred to the West End.
