The free, live, family-friendly series—spotlighting cast members and musicians from current Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals—is open to the public and features wheelchair and American Sign Language accommodations. Broadway and Sirius XM Radio's Julie James hosts all of the events, which also feature Broadway ticket and T-shirt giveaways.

The series will continue October 7 in The Bronx at Fordham Plaza with cast members from Wicked, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, and Kinky Boots; and October 14 in Staten Island at Open Street Program with performers from Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Chicago, and Kinky Boots.

"After two long years, I am thrilled to see our city continue its reopening with the return of Broadway in the Boros,” said New York City Mayor Eric Adams in an earlier statement. “This remarkable series works to ensure that everyone in our city, regardless of their zip code, gets the chance to experience the magic of Broadway right in their backyards. Broadway is a lifeblood of our city, and this series is an incredible way for all New Yorkers to come out and relish in the magic that makes New York City’s heartbeat.”

All Broadway in the Boros events, which aim to increase access to the magic of Broadway to all New Yorkers throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, take place Fridays 1 PM-2 PM, rain or shine. Click here for more information.
