The New York premiere of Gina Gionfriddo’s Can You Forgive Her?, the new play by the two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist stars Amber Tamblyn (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), who will be making her Off-Broadway debut.
Directed by Peter DuBois, previews of Can You Forgive Her? began May 4 ahead of a May 23 opening at The Vineyard Theatre. Gionfriddo’s dark comedy takes place on Halloween and is centered on Miranda, played by Tamblyn, a woman who is drowning in debt and on the run from her date who has threatened to kill her.
