Grosses Grosses Analysis: Kiss Me, Kate Goes Out on a Kelli O'Hara-Esque High Note The revival culminated its Broadway run June 30 with record numbers at the box office.

Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of Kiss Me, Kate wrapped up performances at Studio 54 June 30, marking not only the end of the limited engagement but also the show's highest-grossing week yet. The Cole Porter musical grossed $828,224—a difference of $50,009 from the previous week, and was at 99.74 percent capacity.

The Prom, which will close on Broadway August 11, has seen a steady increase in sales the last three weeks. The week of June 30 saw the musical gross $770,552, the show's second-highest-grossing week since it opened at the Longacre Theatre in November. The spike for the show, which advocates for LGBTQIA+ rights and celebrates queer love, coincides with the culmination of NYC Pride and WorldPride.

Be More Chill, which is also set to take its final bow on Broadway August 11, has similarly seen an increase in box office sales, particularly since posting its closing notice in June. The Joe Iconis and Joe Tracz musical grossed $497,570.

As expected, Moulin Rouge! kicked off its run to a "spectacular spectacular" start, reaching Standing Room Only in its first two preview performances and grossing 132.88 percent of its potential.
