Jewelle Blackman, currently playing Persephone in Broadway's Tony-winning Hadestown, will return to 54 Below with her new show Tomorrow Is My Turn May 7.
Blackman will celebrate torch songs from yesterday, today, and tomorrow in the 7 PM performance, which will also be live streamed. She will be joined by guests Eva Noblezada (Hadestown, Miss Saigon), Vanessa Sears (New York, New York), and DeMone Seraphin (Ragtime, Rent).
Blackwell created the role of one of the Fates in Hadestown. Her other theatrical credits include The Lion King; We Will Rock You; Caroline, or Change; and Dreamgirls.
