Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our Broadway clients. You'll oversee influencer campaigns, partnerships, events, and overall digital brand direction while managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and brand identities
- Oversee and coordinate influencer campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Manage and mentor a community manager and intern
- Stay up-to-date with current trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, implementing innovative strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and compelling brand messaging across all platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment or theatrical industry
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weeknights and weekends
- Passion for Broadway and the performing arts

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of social media listening, analytics and reporting tools
