And That's Showbiz is a Broadway media marketing agency that does Broadway marketing differently. We're a small team working in a thrilling and fast-paced environment, delivering innovative and impactful campaigns for our clients.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Founder, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, managing account and community managers, and executing marketing strategies. This internal-facing role is crucial in ensuring the agency operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute marketing strategies, goals, and social media performance results
- Oversee account and community managers
- Assist with client acquisition and building developmental brands
- Coordinate and manage workflows, ensuring timely task completion
- Optimize processes to increase productivity and enhance overall efficiency
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders
- Monitor SEO and web traffic
- Manage budget
- Ensure consistent and appropriately targeted messaging across all clients
- Serve as an inspirational leader, developing and implementing strategic plans
- Foster a shared vision that motivates and empowers staff

Qualifications

-Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and media relations
-Demonstrated experience managing productions, operations, and/or developing and analyzing marketing campaigns
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Proficiency in SEO and web traffic analysis
-Budget management experience
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with availability during evenings and weekends

Work Schedule

Full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week, with some evening and weekend availability required.
