NUMBER OF HOURS: 40 hours/week, Full Time

JOB SUMMARY

The Season is a New York City-based theatrical producing, marketing, and consulting company. Its boutique divisions include Relay Influence (influencer marketing), 11 O’Clock (key art design and shoot production), and Flyer (email marketing and website development). The Season is currently producing The Last Five Years on Broadway, starring Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren. Past and current marketing and consulting clients include Cats: The Jellicle Ball, The Shubert Organization, Path Entertainment, All In, Seaview, and more.

THE ROLE

The Studio Manager serves as the primary leader within the company, overseeing all creative projects across The Season, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and project management expertise to drive creative excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee all projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution.

- Guide and mentor the studio team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

- Streamline workflows, allocate resources effectively, and implement best practices to optimize studio performance.

- Manage key art production from pre-production to post, overseeing video and photo shoots with seamless coordination across internal and external teams.

- Support the development of email marketing campaign timelines, internal and external documents, reporting calendars, etc.

- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including nuances of email development and responsive design) to evaluate development complexity and estimate implementation timelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of relevant experience in project and/or client management.

- Proven experience within a creative, design or production studio.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in relevant project management and email marketing tools (i.e. Asana, MailChimp) and industry software.

- A passion for and a knowledge of internet marketing best practices.

- Skilled at managing multiple high-priority tasks while effectively solving daily challenges.

- Must have excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritize.

- Graphic and Email Design experience is a plus.

- The ability to work nights and weekends when necessary is required.

COMPENSATION

- Salary: $75,000

- Paid Time Off (PTO) (vacation, sick leave, holidays)
