In celebration of Pride month, Abraham Lim (of Broadway's KPOP) will present "Love Songs For Pride (From The AAPI Community)" at The Green Room 42 on June 21. The evening will feature Asian American performers, performing musical theatre classics and original songs.

Joining Lim will be several of his fellow KPOP cast members: Kevin Woo, Min, Marina Kondo, and Patrick Park, with more performers to be announced later. Lim hopes that the event will offer a space to celebrate and embrace the LGBTQ+ community within the AAPI community. "Sadly, sexuality and gender identity are still very much stigmatized throughout parts of Asia and even within pockets of the AAPI community here in America. Although I understand that one night of music will not heal the hurt felt by the LGBTQ+ community, it is my wish that the LGBTQ+ community can be celebrated at our show and beyond," says Lim.

Tickets range from $29-$59 for the one-night-only performance, which will begin at 7 PM. For those unable to attend in-person, live-stream tickets will be available for $19. A portion of all proceeds will benefit the LGBT Center of NYC. All in-person attendees of the performance will receive a complimentary gift from Korean-owned skincare brand KraveBeauty. Korean-owned fragrance brand Elorea is a proud sponsor of this event.
