Performances began July 16 at the Randolph Road Theater in Wheaton and continue through Aug. 9.
In Romeo and Juliet: Love Knows No Age, the famous star-crossed lovers are in their 70's, and the feuding families, their adult children. "Set in an adult living community, this contemporary interpretation of a classic tragedy explores what happens when Romeo and Juliet fall passionately in love later in life," states the show's description.
Directed by Christopher Goodrich, the title roles are played by Elliott Bales and Claire Schoonover.
