Upcoming Broadway musical A Beautiful Noise, The Neil Diamond Musical has released "Sweet Caroline" from its original Broadway cast recording. The single drops just days before the musical is set to release the full album and begin previews November 2, with a physical CD release scheduled for December 2. Opening night is set for December 4 at the Broadhurst Theatre.

Tony nominee Will Swenson stars as Neil Diamond in the biomusical, which takes a look at the life of the Grammy-winning Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, then and now, accompanied by hits from his decades-long career in popular music. All songs are written or co-written by Neil Diamond. Orchestrations are by Bob Gaudio, Sonny Paladino, and Brian Usifer

Swenson's performance of Diamond's first number-one hit "Cracklin' Rosie" was previously released in a video preview of the show.

Joining Swenson in the cast are Tony nominees Mark Jacoby as Neil Diamond-Now and Robyn Hurder as Diamond's former wife Marcia, along with Linda Powell, Jessie Fisher, Michael McCormick, Tom Alan Robbins, Bri Sudia, Kalonjee Gallimore, Alex Hairston, Jess LeProtto, Tatiana Lofton, Aaron James McKenzie, Mary Page Nance, Max Sangerman, and MiMi Scardulla, with Ninako Donville, Samantha Gershman, Makai Hernandez, and Robert Pendilla as swings

The cast recording is produced by Grammy winner Gaudio, who is also one of the show’s producers with Ken Davenport. The album is Gaudio’s seventh collaboration with Neil Diamond’s work.
