Lincoln Center Theater's world premiere of J.T. Rogers' Corruption officially opens March 11 at the company's Off-Broadway Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. Get a look at highlights from the political drama in the video above.

Tony winner Bartlett Sher is directing the new work about a 2011 phone-hacking scandal in the British news media. Based on the book Dial M for Murdoch: News Corporation and The Corruption of Britain by Tom Watson and Martin Hickman, the play tells the true story of Parliament member Tom Watson fighting back against Murdoch’s News International after a smear campaign. In the process, he uncovers the criminal practices of the media giant.

The cast includes Dylan Baker, John Behlmann, Saffron Burrows, Anthony Cochrane, Sanjit De Silva, K. Todd Freeman, Eleanor Handley, Robyn Kerr, Sepideh Moafi, Seth Numrich, Michael Siberry, T. Ryder Smith, and Toby Stephens.

Corruption features sets by Michael Yeargan, costumes by Jennifer Moeller, lighting by Donald Holder, sound by Justin Ellington, and projections by 59 Productions/Benjamin Pearcy and Brad Peterson. Theresa Flanagan is the stage manager.
