Lyricist Sheldon Harnick and director Bartlett Sher joined stars Danny Burstein and Judy Kuhn as well as the cast of the revival of the Broadway musical Fiddler on the Roof for its final curtain call December 31, 2016.
The show gave its 464th and final performance at the matinee that day.
Sher introduced Harnick, who embraced the cast, and then the director gave a speech thanking Harnick, producer Jeffrey Richards, and Burstein. Harnick then saluted the cast and remembered his collaborators, the late Jerry Bock and Joseph Stein.
The orchestra joined the cast on stage for a final farewell dance.
