Mrs. Warren's Profession

London
Comedy

Four-time Olivier Award winner Imelda Staunton (The Crown) joins forces with her real-life daughter Bridgerton’s Bessie Carter for the very first time, reuniting with the extraordinary director Dominic Cooke (Hello, Dolly!, Good) to bring George Bernard Shaw’s incendiary moral classic crashing into the 21st Century.

SYNOPSIS: A young lady discovers that the mother who gave her such a high-toned upbringing is in fact the madam of a brothel. Far from being ashamed of her profession, however, Mrs. Warren defends it as the epitome of capitalism.

Directed by Dominic Cooke

Cast includes Imelda Staunton, Bessie Carter
