Adapted by Rick Cummins and John Scoullar, The Little Prince is directed by Kim Martin-Cotten and features live musical performance by Alexander Sovronsky, puppets and masks created by Matt Cotten of Puppets Among Us, and space travel courtesy of Christopher Gersons’s video design.
According to Hang a Tale, the magic and poignant show invites audiences who are "open-hearted, aged six to a hundred and six."
The show coincides with the 70th anniversary of St. Exupery's death and the upcoming release of an animated major motion picture based on the famed story.
The cast of The Little Prince features Tarah Flanagan, Christopher Gerson, Kimiye Corwin, Michael Arden Larson, Jacques Roy, Jude Sandy and Paola Styron. Lighting design is by Bradley King with costume design by Meg Weedon and scenic design by Jacques Roy; April Kline is the stage manager, and Jessica Sovronsky is the assistant stage manager.
