Stage and screen star Bonnie Langford has joined Pixie Lott and Killian Donnelly in the lineup for the 10th anniversary concert of comedic musical Made in Dagenham at the London Palladium. The concert, directed by Shaun Kerrison, will be held March 16.
Langford has most recently apearred onstage in Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends at the Gielgud Theatre in London’s West End. Donnelly is currently starring as Jean Valjean in the West End revival of Les Misérables. Pop artist Lott makes her musical theatre stage debut with the concert.
The musical, featuring a book by Richard Bean, music by David Arnold, and lyrics by Richard Thomas, is based on the 2010 film of the same name, which centers on the Ford sewing machinist strike of 1968.
The concert is produced by Scott Garnham and Simon Schofield for Sisco Entertainment and is performed by arrangement with Music Theatre International.
