Stage to Page BroadwayCon’s Kids on Broadway Panel Lines Up Stars of Fun Home, Tuck Everlasting, Annie, and More Broadway’s youngest stars are heading to BroadwayCon as part of a special panel exploring the lives and careers of child actors.

BroadwayCon returns January 27–29, 2017, at the Javits Center, with a slate of stars and original programming created for theatre fans by theatre fans.

Newly announced is the Kids on Broadway Panel, featuring a lineup of Broadway’s youngest stars, including Tony nominee Sydney Lucas (Fun Home), Jake Lucas (The King and I), Sarah Charles Lewis (Tuck Everlasting), Allie Trimm (13), Sophia Gennusa (Matilda), Ava Briglia (Matilda), Taylor Richardson (Annie), Heidi Gray (Annie), and Benjamin Cook (Newsies).

The panel will take place January 28.

Here’s how the talk is billed: “Being the lead of a Broadway show is hard, but it’s even harder when you also have homework to do. Hear from some of Broadway’s kids who’ve balanced school, family, friends, and all that being on Broadway entails, from voice lessons to stage dooring to put-in rehearsals.”

Co-presented by Playbill, Mischief Management, and Anthony Rapp, the one-of-a-kind weekend includes panels, performances, one-on-one star moments, seminars, autograph and photo sessions, a booming Marketplace, and other activities.

A $250 full-weekend general pass will provide access to all BroadwayCon programming (panels, performances, keynotes, discussions and more), as well as guaranteed seating at MainStage events and special guest autograph and photo opportunities.
