Lia Romeo's Still will make its New York premiere this spring at Off-Broadway's DR2 Theatre. Previews begin April 13, 2024, with an official opening April 18. Adrienne Campbell-Holt directs the limited engagement, which will continue through May 18.

Tony nominee Jayne Atkinson and Emmy nominee Tim Daly will lead the cast as Helen and Mark, respectively, reprising their roles from the play's 2023 run at the Dorset Theatre Festival.

The work follows Helen and Mark, who broke up 30 years ago, but never forgot about each other. They meet for dinner and their flame is rekindled, but Mark is running for Congress, and Helen has a secret that could derail his bid.

“I wrote Still because I was struggling with some big questions... what to do when you love someone, but you hate some of the things they believe... and what to do when there's someone you can't be with but you also can't manage to forget," says Romeo in a statement. "I thought writing about these questions might lead me to answers. It didn't. But it did show me that they're questions that also resonate with a lot of other people. I'm so excited that Colt Coeur is bringing this beautiful production to New York. Tim and Jayne bring so much sympathy to these characters... it's impossible not to love them, even when they're doing and saying terrible things to one another.”

Still will feature scenic design by Alexander Woodward, costume design by Barbara A. Bell, lighting design by Reza Behjat, sound design by Hidenori Nakajo. The production stage manager is Caren Celine Morris.

Still is produced in association with Jane Dubin & Blair Russell, with additional support from Kim Beaty, Merrie L. Davis, Carolyn Bransford MacDonald, Lawrence O’Donnell and Mary-Anne Van Degna, and by special arrangement with Daryl Roth Productions.
