The National Alliance for Musical Theatre will celebrate its 30th anniversary with an October 22 gala cabaret event at Guastavino's featuring performances by Tamika Lawrence (Come From Away), Ahmad Maksoud (The Band's Visit), Krysta Rodriguez (Smash, Spring Awakening), and more.
Gala honorees this year are the Off-Broadway venue New World Stages, and Marleen and Kenny Alhadeff.

The evening, which will highlight the work of writers whose musicals were nurtured by NAMT, kicks off at 6 PM with a cocktail reception featuring songs by Georgia Stitt (Big Red Sun) and the songwriting team of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe (Honk!).
The gala will continue with a concert presentation of work by NAMT alumni Kirsten Childs (The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin), Itamar Moses (Nobody Loves You), and Dick Scanlan (Thoroughly Modern Millie).
Gala honorees are Marleen and Kenny Alhadeff.
