Entitled Daniel Reichard's Under the Mistletoe!, concerts are scheduled for Dec. 13 and 20 at 6 PM.

Backed by an eight-piece band, the singing actor will perform holiday favorites originally popularized by artists like Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett and Johnny Mathis. The evenings also offer "nostalgic musical classics, heartfelt and often hilarious Christmas stories, and unexpected guest stars and surprises."

Jesse Vargas serves as musical director and arranger.

Proceeds benefit Broadway Barks, the animal adoption charity co-founded by Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore to find homes for New York City shelter animals.

In an earlier statement Reichard said, "My holiday show is a very special tradition because not only is it entertaining for audiences, but it involves everyone in the spirit of giving at Christmastime. Having happily participated at the Broadway Barks adoption event in the past, I am so proud to further support this important organization. My dog has changed my life for the better. So many helpless dogs and cats need homes, and Broadway Barks reminds us that we need to take care of them. Our animals give us so much back in return."

The singing actor has also released an EP entitled "Daniel Reichard — Under the Mistletoe," which is available on iTunes and CDbaby.com. Produced by Reichard and Vargas, who also served as musical director and orchestrator, songs include "Winter Wonderland," "Put a Little Love In Your Heart," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and "Young at Heart."
