Arin Arbus directs the production, which features Thompson in the title role opposite Ned Eisenberg as Iago, Juliet Rylance as Desdemona, Kate Forbes as Emilia and Lucas Hall as Cassio.
The cast and company celebrated their opening night at Gallagher's Steak House in New York City.
