Lea Salonga returned to the stage of London's Drury Lane Theatre June 24, 35 years after her career-making debut as Kim in the original production of Miss Saigon.
Salonga, who would win an Olivier and subsequently a Tony (in the musical's Broadway bow), offered a sold-out concert at the West End venue. Check out photos from the evening in the gallery below; attendees included Michelle Collins, Rachelle Ann Go, and Kate McKinnon.
Salonga was most recently on Broadway in the new musical Here Lies Love, while her other Main Stem credits include the Tony-winning revival of Once On This Island, Les Misérables, Flower Drum Song, and Allegiance. The Philippines native is scheduled to return to Broadway later this season opposite Tony winner Bernadette Peters in the New York staging of the London hit, Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends.
