Saturday evening saw the return of one of Pride in Times Square's most eagerly anticipated events, the Big Broadway Disco. Theatre fans and Times Square visitors danced the night away to classic and contemporary Broadway songs and performances, all with a special disco flare. Joining this dance-filled celebration were host Bryan Campione, DJ Mike Borowski, Jay Armstrong Johnson, Eric Michael Krop, Tracy McDowell, Galyana Castillo, Madge, Darius Anthony Harper, Anne Fraser Thomas, Marti Cummings, Grant Evan, Bianca De Sarro, Kristen Plati, Karley Wasaff, King Queen, Ernest Terrelle Williams, and Paris L’Hommie. Specialty dancers are supported by PJ Adzima, and the fabulous wardrobe is by DW.
The weekend will close June 30 as the Playbill Pride Float returns to the NYC Pride March, with supporting partner Heritage of Pride. Double-decker buses from some of the Pride in Times Square sponsors will also get in on the fun, helping to make 2024 NYC Pride extra special.
