The Oct. 19 installment will begin at 9:30 PM and launch its sixth season. Tracy Stark serves as the show's music director.

The Meeting*, which enjoyed a recent run at 54 Below, made its Los Angeles debut at the Bootleg Theater earlier this year and will return to the venue for monthly shows this season.

Other shows at Joe's Pub this season will include a tribute to Warhol Superstar Candy Darling (Nov. 16) and the 6th Annual Holiday Spectacular (Dec. 7). All performances are Sundays at 9:30 PM.

The Meeting*, according to press notes, is "known for a signature blend of outrageous comedy, politics, culture and everything in between… Each month, the I.O.S gathers to honor an artist or a cultural work that is iconic to the gay community. Justin Sayre, the show's creator, writer and host, serves as the Chairman of the Board of the International Order of Sodomites and brings his singular wit to essential business of the day through such regular features such as 'Letters to the Chairman' and 'New Rulings from the Board.'"

The Meeting* is produced by Dan Fortune and Adam J. Rosen.

Justin Sayre: "My Ship" from "Star!" A simple, understated Julie. I like a ballad, and Julie takes this one apart with such simple dexterity and feeling, it's one of my favorite moments of her on film.

Justin Sayre: "You and Me" from "Victor/Victoria." A great song with the incomparable Robert Preston. I love the song, their chemistry and everything about this movie.

Justin Sayre: "The 60's Medley." From their second live show, Julie Andrews and Carol Burnett, in outfits that are beyond magical, sing all the hits of the 60s and early 70s. It's an unbelievable and winding medley that never really ends and makes me smile at the pure fun and slight camp of this under-seen classic.

Gabrielle Stravelli: "A Spoonful of Sugar" from "Mary Poppins." This is an obvious choice, but "Mary Poppins" was MAJOR when I was a kid, and doesn't everyone still sing a little bit of this song when they have to take cough syrup? Or is that just me…?

Gabrielle Stravelli: "The Saga of Jenny" from "Star!" Many years ago, when I saw this for the first time, I sort of couldn't believe it was Julie Andrews. I had no idea that she could dance like THAT or that she could rock a skin-tight, black glitter onesie. Well played, Julie, well played.

Gabrielle Stravelli: "Le Jazz Hot" from "Victor/Victoria." I love this song and, once again, I'm reminded that Julie Andrews is so much more than a pretty voice — she can belt, and she can anchor a gigantic production number with the best of 'em.

Gabrielle Stravelli: "Feed the Birds" from "Mary Poppins." There's something about the combination of this melancholic melody coupled with Julie's sweet, sweet voice that almost always makes me want to cry a little — that and the image of the old lady covered in pigeon poop.

Kim Smith: "Jolly Holiday" from "Mary Poppins." Even though this isn't a solo number for Julie, it's quite possibly my favorite Julie Andrews song. I feel I can hear the smile in her voice, and I adore her gentle flirtations, administered with a subtle sternness. I also love to imagine her performing the different voices of the farm animals and penguins, as I do at home. Julie singing "Jolly Holiday" makes me feel like a little boy again.

Kim Smith: "Le Jazz Hot" from "Victor/Victoria." I giggle every time I listen to Julie singing this. Any time she attempts a seduction, I'm in raptures of delight over the clash between her imperious diction and her intent. It's a quality I love about her.

Kim Smith: "Thoroughly Modern Millie" from "Thoroughly Modern Millie." I just adore Julie's jazzy jaunt with this relatively un-Julie, un-modern sounding performance!

Kim Smith: "A Spoonful of Sugar" from "Mary Poppins." Nowadays I normally find myself turning to Kylie Minogue for my motivational, get-out-of-bed tunes ("I Was Gonna Cancel," "I Believe in You," "Your Disco Needs You"), but ever since I was a little boy, "Spoonful of Sugar" was my self-bossing anthem, and I still sing it when cleaning the apartment. Julie's duet with herself in the mirror is a joy forever.

Danielle Grabianowski: "The Sound of Music" from "The Sound of Music." An obvious one, but impossible to leave out. I still have my two-tape VHS box set of "The Sound of Music" stored under my bed. It's the song that made her an icon, and it's just a great song, great performance.

Danielle Grabianowski: "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" from "Mary Poppins." This was one of the first songs I put on a playlist for my son. I also just like the idea that there could be a simple word that you could use to make social anxiety go away.

Danielle Grabianowski: "Wouldn't it Be Loverly?" from My Fair Lady. When I was a young'un, I didn't know that Julie Andrews was the original Eliza Doolittle on Broadway. Thank God for YouTube or I might still be living in darkness! That is a live performance I would loved to have seen.
