Performances of Gigi, which is based on the novella by Colette, continue through Feb. 14.
The cast features Connie Castanzo as Gigi along with Justin Adams, Kate Chamuris, Jamil Chokachi, Cheri Paige Fogleman, Kathleen Huber and Evangelina Kinglsey.

"Set in Paris at the turn of the 20th century, legendary storyteller Anita Loos dramatizes Collette's timeless tale of love and marriage...and commerce," according to press notes. "Seven years before MGM presented the classic movie musical version of the same story, this comedic romance of a rich but weary bon vivant and an innocent would-be courtesan launched the career of Audrey Hepburn."
The original production of Gigi opened in November 1951 at Broadway's Fulton Theatre. Directed by Raymond Rouleau, the cast included Audrey Hepburn in the title role with Josephine Brown, Michael Evans, Cathleen Nesbitt, Bertha Belmore, Francis Compton and Doris Patston.
Gigi is produced by The Storm Theatre Company in association with Blackfriars Repertory Theatre.
The Storm Theatre is located at 405 W. 114th St.
