Cabaret & Concert News Stage Stars Plan NYC Concert Salute to Adele Broadway and tour veterans will sing her hits at Feinstein’s/54 Below.
Adele Columbia

Fifteen-time Grammy-winning British singer Adele has sold tens of millions of albums laced with hit songs including “Rumor Has It,” “Hello,” “Someone Like You,” and “Set Fire to the Rain.”

Though she’s never appeared on Broadway, she has attracted a strong following among theatre folk, and several of them have organized a concert salute to the singer October 29 at Feinstein’s/54 Below in New York City.

Among those scheduled to sing creative new arrangements of the Adele hits mentioned above, plus “Chasing Pavements,” “Make You Feel My Love,” and many more are Florrie Bagel (Sister Act national tour, The Golden Apple at Encores!), Erika Conaway (Memphis national tour), Sidney DuPont (Beautiful: The Carol King Musical), Christy Faber (Kinky Boots), Sydney James Harcourt (Hamilton, American Idiot), Jelani Remy (The Lion King), James Hayden Rodriguez (The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical), Jenna Rubaii (Groundhog Day), and Nyseli Vega (HBO’s High Maintenance).

Feinstein’s/54 Below is located at 254 West 54th Street, beneath Studio 54, in Manhattan. Tickets for the 9:30 PM concert, which cost $30–$65 (plus a $25 food/drink minimum), can be ordered here.
