Off-Broadway's Atlantic Theater Company has assembled five world premiere plays for its upcoming 2024–2025 season, which will kick off in the fall.

First up will be NSangou Njikam's A Freeky Introduction, playing October 16-November 17 in the company's Linda Gross Theater. Njikam will star as Freeky Dee, who is there to lead audiences towards freedom with a mix of poetry, ministry, and magic. Njikam will be joined by DJ Monday Blue, with Dennis A. Allen II directing.

Moving into 2025, Eliya Smith's Grief Camp will make its premiere with Les Waters at the helm. The piece is described in press notes as "a study of loss and adolescence," set at a Virginia summer camp. The run will be in January and February 2025 in the Linda Gross Theater, with specific dates to be announced.

Mona Pirnot's I'm Assuming You Know David Greenspan will concurrently make its world premiere in the company's Atlantic Stage 2 space. Greenspan will star as four millennial women. The work is reportedly about life as a career playwright. Ken Rus Schmoll is directing.

Back in the Linda Gross, Ethan Coen's Let's Love! will make its premiere with a March-April 2025 run, directed by Artistic Director Neil Pepe. The work is a trio of one-acts exploring love.

The season will close with Abby Rosebrock's Lowcountry, following an under-employed actor who returns to her rural hometown and finds herself romantically linked to a high school teacher with a record. Jo Bonney is directing, with performances to run in May and June 2025.

Tickets are currently available via Atlantic memberships at AtlanticTheater.org. Single ticket sales will follow in the coming weeks.
