DESCRIPTION

The Washington Ballet, located in Washington, DC, is looking for a Company Manager. TWB is at an exciting point in its history as we welcome incoming Artistic Director, Edwaard Liang.

The Company Manager is the primary liaison for all matters concerning artists working with the TWB. This position works closely with the Artistic and Production Departments to facilitate all administrative and logistical issues related to schedule, travel, and health for all dancers, choreographers, designers, and other ad hoc artists and is a primary supporter of the Artistic Director. The Company Manager is a direct contributor to the culture of TWB and expected to be an active participant in creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a compensation range of $75k - $80k doe. Ideal start date is July 1, 2024, negotiable for the right candidate. For best consideration, apply by May 15. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
