DESCRIPTION

Hello - we are a theater company looking for a loading dock to perform a play on.

The play is a site-specific (outside of a traditional theater) production of William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors. 2 hours long with short intermission. We would like to rent your loading dock on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis- accepting best offer and have budget for space rental.

Schedule: we would like to rehearse 3 - 4 times a week from 6pm - 10pm March 1st - April 30th, with performances at 7pm on May 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th. Rehearsal and performance days/times are variable and negotiable.

Looking ideally for a loading dock with three doors, that can be rolling doors. We will construct very little set and have few props, relying on costumes instead.

Cast and team are about 20 people for rehearsals and performances. We are looking to bring audiences of 30 - 50 into your space for every show, and will obtain all necessary permits and insurance, chairs, and port-o-potties if necessary.
