Equity actors for roles in MONSTERS INC.

LAUGH FLOOR and TURTLE TALK WITH CRUSH (See breakdown).

We will be casting for potential full-time and sub positions.

Comedic/Improv actors of all abilities and gender identities are encouraged to audition.

PREPARATION

Please prepare a one-minute comedic monologue. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

MONSTERS INC. LAUGH FLOOR

SEEKING:
Comedic actors with strong voice characterizations, quick wit, and comedic improv skills. Ability to
learn new technology required in the performance of the role.

BUDDY/BETTY BOIL: A lovable oaf of a monster with the wannabe flair of a stand-up comedian.
Buddy/Betty Boil "warms up" the audience as they enter the theater.

MARTY: The little nephew of Mike Wazowski whose voice reflects his boyish energy, charm and
innocence. He has an "eye" for puns.

TURTLE TALK WITH CRUSH

SEEKING:

CRUSH: Scripted but with strong improvisational skills. Ability to impersonate the voice of Crush, the
surfer sea turtle, from the Disney-Pixar films. Has a clear accurate speaking voice. Manual dexterity a
plus.
