Position Summary:

Round Room Live is seeking an experienced Wardrobe Head to join an upcoming International tour. Theatrical touring experience is required. The Wardrobe Head is responsible for the day-to-day care and maintenance of all wardrobe as well as the management of the local wardrobe hands during load in and out as well as running deck tracks during the show.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and clean all costumes. Perform any repairs as needed.

· Organize and maintain wardrobe spaces, including the wardrobe room, dressing rooms, quick change booths, and other backstage storage areas.

· Assisting performers with dressing and quick changes before and during performances

· Ensuring performers wear costumes and accessories correctly according to the production costume design.

· Create and maintain documentation of show cues, cue tracks, and quick changes. Also will be responsible for creating track sheets for the local crew.

· You should be familiar with large mascot-style costumes.

Qualifications:

· Three or more years of experience in a Wardrobe supervisor role.

· One or more years of theatrical touring experience.

· Experience with mascot costumes is a huge plus.

· Must hold a current passport and have no international travel restrictions.

· Familiarity and working knowledge of standard touring practices.

· Strong sewing and alteration skills.

· Outstanding judgment and ability to prioritize varying tasks.

· Skilled in communicating clearly, with tact and discretion, as well as maintaining confidentiality.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Details:

· Rate starts at $1500 per week, based on experience.

· This is a non-union and non-equity tour.

· Single hotel accommodations

· The company pays for all travel.

Dates are:

· 11/19 to 11/25 - US Rehearsal

· 11/26 to 12/18 - South Africa

· 12/18 to 12/22 - Dubai
