The MO Awards, a Sydney based awards ceremony recognising excellence in live entertainment, has once again honoured achievement in Australian musical theatre with the announcement of the 1998 nominees. Named after legendary Australian comic the late Roy Mo Rene, the MO awards' categories range from comedy and variety performers to opera and dance. The awards will be presented at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on June 23.
