She lost both awards to earthbound goddesses Ruthie Ann Miles and Jessie Mueller, which is cooler than being nominated in the first place. Barrett was also Nadia in the 2012 revival of Bare and Denise in Found at The Atlantic Theatre Company. She is on the original cast recordings of Heathers and Fugitive Songs.
