Broadway fans and Parrot Heads (the nickname for Jimmy Buffett fans, for the uninitiated) came together January 22 at Renaissance Hotel Times Square to get an exclusive sneak peek at the Broadway production of Escape to Margaritaville, which sails into the Marquis Theatre February 16 ahead of a March 15 opening night.
Guests sipped charred pineapple margaritas, and snacked on mini cheese burgers in paradise as Margaritaville stars Paul Alexander Nolan, Allison Luff, and André Ward performed a handful of Buffett hits including “Son of a Son of a Sailor,” “Volcano,” and “A Pirate Looks at 40.”
