Kaye Ballard, Eddie Bracken, Helen Gallagher and Lee Roy Reams headline a brand-new revival of that golden oldie from 1925, No, No, Nanette, which returns for a replay at NJ's Paper Mill Playhouse, April 9-May 25. (Though Paper Mill eschews official opening dates, the official press weekend was April 11-13.)

Donald Saddler, who earned a Tony for choreographing the 1971 Broadway revival, will choreograph as well as direct this Paper Mill reprise.

Gallagher, another Tony winner for that celebrated resurrection, is graduating to the older-women role previously played by Ruby Keeler and relinquish own prize-winning part of Lucille Early to Virginia Sandifur. Pauline the maid, a Tony winning turn for the late Patsy Kelly, will be played by Ballard.

In the male division, Reams has Bobby Van's Tony-nominated part of Billy Early, and the part done before by Jack Gilford will be handled by Bracken. Daniel Herron also stars, and Debra Wiseman will do the title character.

"Tea for Two," "I Want to Be Happy" and the title tune are among the evergreens in the score by Vincent Youmans (music) and Irving Caesar and Otto Harbach (lyrics). The latter co-authored the show's book with Frank Mandel. Ballard began her Broadway career in The Golden Apple. Bracken, who has over 12,000 theatre performances to his credit, appeared on Broadway in The Odd Couple, Shinbone Alley and The Seven Year Itch. Gallagher's credits include Brigadoon, High Button Shoes and Pajama Game. Reams, who staged the recent Hello, Dolly! revival on Broadway, starred in Applause and 42nd Street.
