Immersive audio production company Knock at the Gate's take on The Tempest will be available for streaming February 16-March 1. The audio adaption of Shakespeare's work will offer a unique 3D listening experience.

The Tempest: A Surround Sound Odyssey is led by Hale Appleman (American Horror Story) as Ariel, Emily Skeggs (Fun Home) as Miranda, Joel de la Fuente as Prospero, and Derek Wilson as Caliban. They are joined by Michael Daly, Sean Hudock, Greg Jackson, Maurice Jones, Raphael Nash Thomspon, Shane Taylor, and Patrick Toon.

The audio production, adapted and directed by Joseph Discher, features soundscape by Leigh Roberts, sound editing by Rider Q Stanton, and production coordination by Denise Cardarelli.

The Tempest: A Surround Sound Odyssey marks the company's third Shakespeare audio adaption, with Macbeth and Caesar preceding.

Virtual seating to attend the production takes place every night beginning at 8 PM. Tickets for the broadcast, available worldwide, are set at $9.99.
