Compensation: $100 per week stipend

Internship Overview:
This internship offers a comprehensive experience, merging aspects of general management and the business side of theater licensing and booking. You’ll engage in diverse responsibilities, including project coordination, client relations, and marketing, while gaining a well-rounded understanding of theatrical production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination and communication across creative and logistical teams
- Support booking and licensing processes, managing documentation, and liaising with artists and organizations.
- Conduct research on venues, markets, and upcoming productions.
- Help organize schedules, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and financial reporting.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including the creation of promotional materials and social media management.

Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Theater Management, Arts Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for theater, live entertainment, and the performing arts.
