GFour Productions, is seeking a Production Manager for a national tour of Menopause The Musical 2. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Operations and Production, the Production Manager oversees 4 technicians and 1 truck driver, and in conjunction with the Production Stage Manager, oversees 4 actors. They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the tour run smoothly and efficiently. This is a touring position.

Dates: January 1, 2025 to June 16, 2025 with possibility of extension

Job Duties/Requirements:

-Responsible for advancing the tour, communicating with venues and presenters to ensure technical needs of the production are met

-Oversee all aspects of Load in and Load out with touring crew members

-Perform lighting load in/out track as needed

-Assist crew members as needed

-Work with the PSM and ASM on coordination of onstage and backstage activity

-Manage Master Tour

-Administrative paperwork as needed

-Primary crew driver (to/from venues and city to city in large SUV)

-Backup truck driver(26’ box truck – Non CDL)

Qualifications:

-Valid Driver’s License

-Self-starter and proactive

-Must be tech savvy with a deep understanding of theatre tech.

-Experience in the field of theatre production

-Knowledge of both Lighting and Sound as it relates to touring musical productions, including the ability to run both a light and sound board.

-Tour coordination experience

-Comfort with Google/Microsoft platforms for scheduling, communication, organization

Salary:

$1100-1300+/wk, negotiable based on experience

+ $55/day per diem
