IMMEDIATE CASTING NOTICE

Magic & Wonder Theater (Lancaster, PA) is currently accepting digital submissions for their 2025 season of shows: IMAGINARIUM, JUKEBOX GENERATION, WINTER WONDERLAND, HOLLY JOLLY JUKEBOX.

Contract: NON- UNION
Dates: February – beginning of Jan 2026 (partial contracts may be available)
Salary: $600-$800/ week
Housing: local housing required
Rehearsals and Performances are in Lancaster, PA.

SEEKING: Singers, Dancers, Singer/Dancers

Seeking versatile performers with great vocal and physical range. Magic/Illusion, Gymnastics, and Aerial skills a plus but not required. Strongly seeking singer/dancers or singers who move.

Performers of all races and ethnicities are encouraged to submit.

Some performers will need to be comfortable with small spaces and heights. Most of our magic props have established height and weight restrictions to keep our performers safe and minimize risk of injury. We have the set the following physical requirements.

Male Performers:
Comfortable with dance lifts of female performers.
Must be able to easily execute a lateral pull down consisting of 90lbs of resistance.

Female Performers:
5’ to 5’ 7” tall
140lbs or less
Must be able to hold a plank for 90 seconds.

IMAGINARIUM: March-beginning of Nov

Go as far as imagination can take you in this variety MAGIC show! Experience wonder as illusionist Brett Myers takes audiences to a larger-than-life-circus, the whimsy of Wonka, the glamour of Hollywood, and the curiosities of a Steampunk era.

Your eyes will witness the impossible as people appear, disappear, and fly. All ages enjoy the wonder of this new show infused with grand-scale illusions, comedy, and variety arts.

JUKEBOX GENERATION: April-end of Oct

A magical musical journey awaits as we celebrate the transformative and uniting power of music with JUKEBOX GENERATION! Step into a time machine and experience the soundtrack of decades past. From the rock ‘n’ roll and classics of the 50s & 60s to the anthems and excitement of the 70s & 80s, this electrifying production brings four iconic decades to life with dazzling performances, stunning visuals and timeless hits that will leave you with a song in your heart!

WINTER WONDERLAND: Nov-beginning of Jan

Join Brett and his cast in a heartwarming Christmas MAGIC show this November and December. Family and friends of all ages will enjoy the illusions, comedy, costumes, and music in this spectacular production. You'll journey to the wonder of the "North Pole", see toys come to life in "Santa's Magical Workshop", all while remembering the True reason for the season. This one-of-a-kind Christmas show fuses together the fun and wonderment of the Christmas season with comedy, dynamic circus arts, and grand illusions. So come visit them near Lancaster, PA this holiday season!

HOLLY JOLLY JUKEBOX: end Oct-Dec

The 2025 version of Holly Jolly Jukebox includes segments like "Home for the Holidays" and a fresh take on the classic "White Christmas." These festive favorites are reimagined in a way that blends timeless charm with exciting new elements. You’ll also get to enjoy other classic holiday tunes that have been given a fresh update, along with captivating performances that blend music, magic, and dance

Holly Jolly Jukebox brings the joy of the season to life with its high-energy performances, colorful costumes, and infectious holiday spirit. Whether it’s your first time seeing the show or you’re returning to experience the new segments, this is one holiday celebration you won’t want to miss.

Everybody gather around the yuletide jukebox as we put the "rock" around your Christmas tree!!
