DESCRIPTION

Casting "The Ride NY," a drama Desk-nominated experience that is part tour/part show. Production states: "'The Ride' takes place on a stadium seated bus (like an indoor theatre) and takes an audience to tourist attractions around midtown NYC (Times Square, Grand Central, Chrysler, Empire, Bryant Park, Radio City, Columbus Circle, Central Park, etc.) while interacting with people along the way. Throughout the show, guests can expect to see 4-7 live performances that are spread across midtown and provide a one-of-a-kind performance on the streets of New York City.


GUITARISTS WHO SING
Musicians who are comfortable performing outside, able to memorize material quickly, take direction well, and are positive and charismatic; for those who sing, an ear for harmonies is a plus. Production states: "Holiday, evening and weekend availability is a must. Positions available immediately.; all roles start at $22/hour."

FEMALE VOCALIST "Broadway Baby" CHARACTER ROLE
Looking for female vocalists in pop, musical theatre style for immediate casting into spring & summer season for BROADWAY BABY position (think Peggy Sawyer/Mille Dillmount type: eager & keen, spunky and modern, BIG energy). Costume provided. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, able to memorize material quickly, take direction well, be positive and charismatic. Ear for harmonies is a plus. Production states: "Holiday, evening and weekend availability a must. Positions available immediately."

SINGER, BELTER, POP SOUND
Looking for Pop & soul style vocalists for immediate casting into the spring and summer seasons. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, able to memorize material quickly, take direction well, be positive and charismatic. Ear for harmonies is a plus. Production states: "Holiday, evening and weekend availability a must. Note: May also be asked swing our "Broadway Baby" character role, pop/musical theatre style vocals.

SUBMISSION DETAILS
Auditions to be held by appointment only in Manhattan beginning March 31st. Please submit cover letter with headshot & resume along with reels of any audio or video performance in the desired styles.

Positions available IMMEDIATELY and through our summer season (May 12 - Sept 1, 2025) with the possibility of continuing work through the fall and winter season.

Production states: "Seeking to employ performers as part-time hourly employees. All roles start at $22/hr., overtime eligible. Evening, and weekend availability a must. Schedule is based on your availability."
