The pop HERstory musical had its cake and ate it, too.

Following its March 26 matinee performance, Toby Marlow and Lucy MossSIX celebrated 600 performances on Broadway at the Lena Horne Theatre. At the special curtain call, balloons and cake were brought out for the occasion—see photos below!

Currently starring are Hailee Kaleem Wright as Catherine of Aragon, Leandra Ellis-Gaston as Anne Boleyn, Bella Coppola as Jane Seymour, Nasia Thomas as Anna of Cleves, Zoe Jensen as Katherine Howard, and Taylor Iman Jones as Catherine Parr. The Tudor pop musical tells the stories of the six Renaissance women who all married England's King Henry VIII.

Alternates include Marilyn Caserta, Kristina Leopold, Aubrey Matalon, Ayla Ciccone-Burton, and Holli' Conway.

The show began previews prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and officially opened October 3, 2021. Six also recently announced that the Broadway production has recouped its investment as of December 2022, the first show to report recouping since Broadway re-opened.

Marlow and Moss won the 2022 Tony Award for Best Original Score, and the show's costume designer Gabriella Slade took home the award for Best Costume Design.

Moss and Jamie Armitage co-direct the production which features set design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabrielle Slade, lighting design by Tim Deiling, and sound design by Paul Gatehouse. Kenny Wax, Wendy and Andy Barnes, George Stiles, and Kevin McCollum serve as its producers on Broadway.
