Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) officially opens its
London premiere at the Kiln Theatre November 16 following previews that began November 9. The limited engagement is scheduled to continue through January 20, 2024.
Directed by Tim Jackson, the cast features Dujonna Gift (Hamilton) as Robin and Olivier winner Sam Tutty (Dear Evan Hansen) as Dougal.
Written by Jim Barne and Kit Buchan, Two Strangers follows naïve but upbeat Brit Dougal, who is flying to New York for the wedding of his estranged father. Waiting for him at the airport is Robin, a native New Yorker who is the sister of the bride.
