Broadway favorite Jason Danieley married his longtime partner Andrea Nunes April 2 in a private ceremony. The nuptials were announced by Danieley on social media May 7, along with news of an upcoming transatlantic move.

"Life is full of surprises!," writes Danieley in the Instagram post. "Andrea and I tied the knot on her birthday! Simple civil ceremony at city hall in NYC, followed by small gathering of friends and a few family members. (Her brother and sister flew in from Brazil and mom from Alabama.)

"We have a busy summer ahead then heading to London where we’ll be living for the next 18 months, or so.

"Looking forward to life’s new big adventure, hand in hand, with this incredible woman! (Don’t worry King is coming too!)"

This is Danieley's second marriage, following his 20-year union with the late Marin Mazzie. On Broadway, he has starred in Chicago, Candide, The Full Monty, Curtains, Next to Normal, The Visit, and Pretty Woman.

Nunes is an accomplished talent manager and advisor, having served as a senior leader at General Electric and managing director of portfolio talent at Centerbridge Partners, as well as founding Lotus Talent Strategies. Born and raised in Brazil, she has worked closely throughout her career to support under-resourced communities and prioritize environmental and social responsibility in the workplace.

We at Playbill wish the happy couple nothing but the best as they move forward with their life together across the Atlantic!
