The Casting Society (CSA) has announced its presenters for the 38th Artios Awards, which will be held March 9 simultaneously at Los Angeles' The Beverly Hilton Hotel and New York City's The Edison Ballroom.
At The Edison Ballroom, presenters will include Celia Rose Gooding (Jagged Little Pill), Sarita Choudhury (And Just Like That), Jordan E. Cooper (Ain’t No Mo’), Rory Culkin (Under the Banner of Heaven), Khris Davis (Death of a Salesman), Alex Edelman (Just for Us), Raúl Esparza (Company), Tony winner Katie Finneran (Promises, Promises), Tony winner Katrina Lenk (Company), Nicole Ari Parker (And Just Like That), Peppermint (Harlem), Morgan Spector (The Gilded Age), Chris Sullivan (This Is Us), and Kuhoo Verma (Fairycakes).
Meanwhile in Los Angeles, Utkarsh Ambudkar (Ghosts), Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), Hong Chau (The Whale), Paul Walter Hauser (Black Bird), Andrew Leeds (Barry), Melanie Lynskey (Yellowjackets), Sheryl Lee Ralph (Abbott Elementary), Sam Richardson (Ted Lasso), Britt Robertson (The Rookie), Glynn Turman (How To Get Away With Murder), and Tuc Watkins (Uncoupled) will serve as presenters.
Yvette Nicole Brown and Amber Ruffin will host in Los Angeles and New York City, respectively. In addition to the announcement of this year's winners, Rita Moreno will receive the Lynn Stalmaster Award, Leslee Feldman the Hoyt Bowers Award, and Jessica Sherman the Rosalie Joseph Humanitarian Award. Black Theatre United will receive the Marion Dougherty New York Apple Award, while the 2023 European Capelier-Shaw Award will posthumously be awarded to Simone Bär.
Top talent will present awards in more than 20 different categories encompassing film, television and theatre. The Artios Awards were first held in 1985 to honor casting professionals across film, television, and theatre. In addition, special honorees are selected for their contributions to the craft. Nominees and winners are voted on by members of the Casting Society.
