Page 73's 2022 Spring Benefit is being held May 9 at City Winery at Pier 57. The event honors Barbara Whitman, and features A Strange Loop cast members James Jackson, Jr. and John-Andrew Morrison as hosts.

The evening celebrates Whitman's work with a cocktail hour, seated dinner and entertainment. Whitman has produced Broadway's A Strange LoopFun Home, the 2018 revival of Angels in AmericaThe HumansHedwig and the Angry InchNext to Normal, and more.

Page 73, which is a co-producer on Michael R. Jackson's Pulitzer-winning A Strange Loop with Whitman, began their collaboration when Artistic Director Michael Walkup met Whitman at an early workshop of the musical. “Barbara’s partnership and guidance has been instrumental as Page 73 undertook the largest project in our history: developing and ultimately co-producing A Strange Loop’s wildly successful world premiere with Playwrights Horizons," said Walkup in a statement. "Her believing in Page 73’s mission and joining us as a partner meant that we could imagine the largest possible future for the show.”

The Pulitzer-winning musical A Strange Loop opened on Broadway at the Lyceum Theatre April 26, following Playwrights Horizons' 2019 Off-Broadway world premiere production.
